Hey everyone, i just found out the other day that the 360 version may be coming out on March 1st 2007. Go to

and look up Huxley they are saying the pre-release date is 3/1/2007, not exactly sure what they mean by "pre"release but im hoping it means its coming out then.

never trust Online shops. They usually don't know a date either and just make a fake one.

But there is always that 5% chance that the date can be correct!

Hey that is interesting, I don't think it will be available then but it is good to keep your eyes peeled.

I have changed your link so it go's streight to the Huxley page to make it easier for people to find, I hope you dident mind but I think it helps a little.

Heh nah i dont mind you chaning my link. Well if it is pre-order, why would the 360 version come out sooner, i thought the PC was supposed to come out first. But even if it is, and it gets me into beta, im happy enough lol. But hopefully it is the actual game, then i just might pee my pants :P. But as for Game retailers not having accurate dates, that is not true. I used to work for Gamestop, and 90% of the time there dates were accurate. So thats why i am trusting this date, and am trusting that they update the date if it is pushed back. When i go back to my parents this weekend. i will ask the gamestop near them on any information about it. i just hope the people there arent pot heads(a lot are heh)

These people have no clue, they make things up to trick people into preordering from them.

People say "oh hey wow EB games says they'll have it in a week, and gamestop says they'll have it in 3 days! I guess I better preorder from gamestop then!"

Then the game comes out a year later.

Wal-Mart was "guaranteeing" shipping for UT3 on January 1st this year. Wonder how that worked out ;\

Frankly I think it should be illegal for them to advertise dates that are clearly, blatantly, and intentionally misleading.

its going to be US, and we will be the Alternatives. I will be an Alternix and my friend will be a Alteraver. there will be certian squad leaders and we will have either a vent or teamspeak server..

you see we're planning on trying to have people from these forums join specific servers so we have friends we already know from the start, so while I have no plans to join any clan until I get a good grasp of playing the game and after I get to a certain character level - nothings to say I might not join a clan after said goals have been accomplished.

Bad news people.... I went back to my parents this weekend, and payed a visit to my local gamestop AND EB Games. Neither of them had these release dates in their computers for either 360 or PC... so im not sure what the HQ of this company is pulling, hopefully we will find something out soon.

Reading the site, the Xbox version is out AFTER the PC version, and that's not out 'till late '07. So, just to stick to the topic, that date is definitely fake.

I doubt the game developers even know exactly when the game will be finished.

Thus, the publisher probably doesn't even know when the game will be released.

Therefore, pretty much nobody on earth knows when the game is going to come out. So unless people have time machines sitting in their back rooms, any retailer that gives you a date as of now is lying to get your money.

I forget who exactly made the post that was dissing on Gamestop and EB Games... I just hope that person realises they're one in the same ^^

AAAnyway, the XBOX version release date doesnt sound right even when you look at it. A month before release and we arent seeing any public advertisement? Hell, if it was coming out in a month, then even Wal Mart would be advertising it in their game section. I saw I think in gamestops "coming soon" section a projected release date of 7 1 2007. A release date of July sounds much more feasable, specially when looking at other games marked to come out then. Makes alot more sence to release it then in terms of competetion with other high profile games coming out then, such as ut2007, or even C&C3, though I think thats coming out sooner.
