Oooo, why do you temp us so.
But I am looking at the bar with all his different weapons, do we get to walk around with that many in the regular version of the game or is that developer only thing?

I wondered the same, but in all honesty it could be anything at this point: maybe you can only choose a few in a "loadout" but it still shows which you have on you at any moment, or maybe you can carry 40 weapons (hyperbole) at once; that screen doesn't necessarily guarantee anything.
What I'm just randomly curious about is the numbers on the top left and top right. But the HUDs from the newer vids seemed more advanced than this didn't they? This screen might be from an older alpha version anyways... |

Would be nice if we could cart around that many weapons. A pity we'll be limited to 5 on the battlefield. Another good thing to keep in mind is the UI of that screenshot and his weapon. Both of which are still in development. That's a good thing since it shows that they're releasing things without waiting for all the rest to be done. Low poly weapons and crappy but functional UI means they're testing

Have they said we can have that many? realy all I need is a good damage, low-recoil auto/semi-auto rifle, maybe a pistol for good measure and a rocket launcher but that'll be fun trying to find cool weapons to put in the other slots.

Well if you take into consideration that (we don't know for sure, but maybe) you'll likely need to fill at least 1 slot with a dedicated anti-vehicle weapon, it knocks it down 1; I doubt anti-vehicular weaps will be very effective vs infantry, and vice versa. Plus, you have to take into consideration ammo... for instance if they wanted, they could give a certain weapon a low "clip" size, meaning you'd have to somehow replenish your ammo (via one of those pickup type bases we've been seeing in vids maybe?) frequently in order to use it very often. This would mean you can have that particular weapon at your disposal, but wouldn't really just have free reign to use it constantly, effectively balancing its use.

I guess the other thing I thought about was that grenades were not mentioned and that means I have only 2 slots for different types of grenades (thats assuming I don't carry around med/ammo pack and the rocket launcher is affective against both air/ground vehicles). So in the end I'm just going to look at the aww inspiring graphics and worry about weapons later.

Yes, they specifically said 5 weapons are the limit on the battlefield. Not sure if you can't carry more in an inventory or whatnot, but usable is 5.
