Does anyone know what date this game gonna come out for PC? and will u need a subscription like WoW?

Yes, it is like "WoW" you pay a monthly fee. As for the date, it's sometime in 2007.

In the future, use the search function, we have enough of these threads around already.

I believe that both 360 and PC are coming out january 1st.

Then you need to do some more reading. At the least the x360 version is coming out 6 months after the PC version. And I doubt very much that their 2007 release will be ready by new years day.

Never, ever believe retailers' "release dates". They want you to preorder from them, and that's all they care about. The developers/publishers will give a press release when they have a deadline decided.
