We could have different divisions, for example: The Hitmen for the assassinations, Mercs for being mercenaries, and Soldiears for just fighting the battle...

yes,they will help with tactical gameplay,we should use the unreal series for battle testing.....i reckon that will help the most

At the moment, Unreal Tournament III has only been announced for the PC and PS3 (PC version is expected in November and the PS3 version is expected before the end of 2007 ref). It is expected to come out later for the XBox 360 but the release date is still unannounced.

As for cross-platform play, Mark Rein from Epic Games said that upon UT III's release, you will not be able to compete against console players and vice versa. This is mainly due to the fact that they will be releasing patches to fix bugs/exploits and those patches have to be approved by Sony before being released on the PS3, where as the PC does not require such approbation (ex: Microsoft). He did mention that the Unreal 3 engine does support cross-platform play and that it might happen when both platforms reach a stable version.
