Looking for team/clan

Im looking for a harcore extremely active clan/team, not just a for fun thing, but a clan that is looking to be the top on their server, for PVP and some PVE, but mostly PVP.

Ive been playing competitive CSS for 2.5 years, I played in numerous lans and atm I play about 4 hours a day with my team practicing every map and running strategies, Im the strat caller and AWPer for our team so I can make strategies, and help the clan master them flawlessly, Im a BEAST with any sniper rifle for anygame, Im extremely dedicated and able to make any practice / match / event the clan has.
