Meeting other US OB players on Huxley?

Yeah apparently I can't find any American players to play with, all the koreans I meet usually don't speak english(or don't want to). Each time I even attempt to go into PvP I get the P2P error, hell even when I try to quest with korean people I get the P2P error.

Playing alone is pretty boring, is there a thread where we can leave our IGNs and whatever so we can meet up in game? I've searched the forum and I haven't found one; so sorry if this has been brought up already.

or as an alternative we can use steam and add the huxley.exe file as a non steam game.

it allows you to hit Shift tab and have a steam overlay come up, steam also has friends so ill just drop my steam tag here,
