Can't Log In

I log in on the website, and then it goes to a blank screen. I have everything installed. Please help!

I'm using FireFox.

1st. Use IE
2nd. The game launches via website, so download the plugin.
3rd. Hackshield will load in bottom right of screen which is required before the game will start, then you must download all the current patches (could take 2 hrs). It updates the game client while downloading patches (takes forever, try not to have any other programs/windows open)
4th. You cannot pvp if you are in US, you'll get a p2p error........ If I had to rate the game right now i'd give it an 8/10 for graphics, 8/10 sound, and 7/10 gameplay.
5th. Dont bitch about the latency/netcode shit... either play it or dont.... also... cough up the 15 bucks a month and dont be a cheap-ass.
