1. lvl 17 items are binded when you get it

- You can get any Level 17 items in two restrict areas. They are Downtown of Gomora City and Undercity District A. Only if you are Alternative. I don't know about Sapiens City.

- Yes it is. But you need to type in Korean. If you can type Korean with your computer, just type this as if you are typing English -- /xkfcnf

3) Is there another game besides territory? (PvM)?
- I don't understand the question. There are about 6 restrict areas in Alternative city, if you are asking about it.
- (added) Now, there is only 1 type of Player vs Hybrid(Monster) game -- hunting them in restrict areas. I hope they make some more types of PvM game. (Did you ask about it?)

4) Are there a lot of missions for Lv 17-21?
- Not a lot of, some of missions there are. You can get quests continually before you reach level 30 and they are going to add more quests for level 31~40 users at 5 August patch. But I'm not satisfied with the quality of the quests. Just bring something, kill something... hell no.

Difference between E and A?

I'll summarize it real quick though.



1. Is there a big difference between class E and A weapons?

2. Is it true that if an enforcer wants to use a sniper he has to use more license points and can only use class E versions of the sniper rifle? even if he's a high level?
