hello, how do i do these two quests.. ive been trying for hours. got em aroudn lv 11.

hm nm i just read the guide thread. However, I've been killing the mobs for awhile and no item...

ok ive been killing hlo soldiers and blobs for like 30 minutes... no item...
finally got the hlo soldier item. iguess the drop rate really is just rediculously low.

Oh I think I was looking at the wrong quest lol, i dont have to kill the blobs. Anyway yea the hlo soldier one took me awhile but itw as the instance near where i got the quest.
