If you haven't seen it yet, here's a link that was posted on Huxley-evolved.com

It's talks about the final closed beta in korea (in bad translation of course). Talks a little about improvements in questing and in the AI. And mentions licensing.

Unfortunately I can't really understand it through the translation lol but you can get a little out of it I guess.

And there's a nice screenshot of some kind of world map near the bottom of the page.

Interesting screenshots. You can see some progression you need to do for weapons and vehicles. I like the fact you need to get licences to get better things...keeps the rich from making their friends overpowered. I know they say a level 1 can take out a level 50 but c'mon, that 50 would have to be pretty bad with all the armor/upgrades/weapon advantage they would have.

lol I don't expect anything when I think about Huxley's release.

Huxley is pretty much a game I'll always check on. Maybe hop on the forums every couple of days to see what's going on.

I'm not too hung up on the changing release dates so I don't really care when it gets pushed back.

Maybe I'm just too patient lol

Tensions run high these days lol.

Since I don't really expect Huxley to come out any time soon. I can't wait until one day I randomly pop onto huxleygame and see some announcement that a US open beta has started lol.

It'll be a nice surprise when a game that seems like it'll never come out, actually does.

I would lol and be so F**** Pissed at the ame time, but the lols will overcome my anger, we just need faith. Huxley is reminding me off god and stuff now....

Well on the Korean site there's a link that says download now (or something to that effect) and it takes you to a sign-in page, from which you can register. I have no idea if this is an open beta or not but I don't think we could get in. I managed to translate some of it and it starts mentioning social security #'s and whatnot, being punishable by law for false or stolen #'s etc...

Talked with a guy at Gamestop (if that's the date you're talking about, it fits). He said it's just a fake date put up, no official statement. So we can only hope late 08, early 09 but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

09 is a ways away so I guess it's possible.

But I'm definitely not holding my breath lol.

All I know is, once a release date is set, or maybe once we get news of an open beta. I'm going to start playing UT non stop to get ready for it :D

Well if they guess and estimate and it's wrong then people will be even more pissed off. It's like being told Christmas is in 3 days when it's actually in 6. You get really excited and then promises aren't fulfilled.
