Get over yourself. It's noone's fault but the people using it, and they aren't going to get sued. I'm sure if a mod, if any exist, sees it, they can just remove the GIF.

I'm not so sure you can really sue someone for making a clan called EuroCore though.

FOM was crap anyway, random lag spikes from 390-1100++ and the hitboxes were everywhere. You'd hit people in the badge and they'd lose 25hp for a hs. ;S

Anyways the name is a trademark too. They need to change the name.

You should probably change your post on the FoM forums about this as you make it sound like WebZen are personally responsbile for a bunch of FoM players making a guild name that is copied from FoM and posting an advert for their guild on an unoffical WebZen game fansite.

The name itself is hardly original the only thing you have any right to be incensed about is their use of the games logo, wich they shouldnt really do but its not exactly a big issue is it? Its a game guild of 10-20 people using it for their website, its not as though Microsoft has just setup EuroCorp Ltd and done it as a way fo marketing their latest copy of EuroCorp Windows XP

I can vouch that this person is not a member of the Face of Mankind development team, and has no right to be saying these things, as I am a member of the Face of Mankind community.

Also, this is not an official Huxley site, so go talk to the people using the logo and have them shut down their site. Just because they posted here doesn't mean Huxley is involved

Hehe, that's quite amusing. Get the stick out of your ass man. People do this kind of crap all over the place. Until they start making money or impersonating the company or giving them a bad name (Which would be very hard to do in a game) they won't even be noticed.

If you have a problem with it then send a PM to the poster. Don't start any threads and don't spam their thread.

This is a fansite, like a member has already informed you in this thread, this is not an official site for the game Huxley nor the developers Webzen. If there's any official word from the CEO, or similar title, over at Duplex Systems that prohibits the use of the logo then the site admin of Huxleygame.com will most likely remove the gif from these forums. The name of the clan is going to be pretty hard to control though, if you ask me then there's no chance in h*ll that any legal action against some gamers are going to take you anywhere.
