The problems with videos is that they eat trough bandwith quicker than you can crush a puppy under your foot. I'm not sure what kind of hostingplan bornsexy has, but that might be the reason why he is not hosting videos. Also it's not allowed to host movies that are tagged with the gamespy/IGN logo (their lawyers will be all over you if you do). So unless he has the unmarked movies he can't host them.
