It is off until we have better ways to control the size, too many people violate any rules regarding size to have this feature on so it will be back once there is a sure was to control it.

ah ok, thats understandable, I've run a few websites myself and I know how annoying it can be to open up a post thats like 2134234765 x 2362348768
