I never understand why being in a squad, relying on other people makes you experienced but why killing stuff by yourself makes you a noob...I know what you mean if you mean just shooting at stuff and not really doing anything, but you can be by yourself and not be a noob :P

Indeed, the word "noob" is thrown around all too frequently these days.

You are very right that working outside of a squad does not make one a "noob". There are times when working by oneself is preferable to working in a group, as there are times when the reverse is true. There are people that work great alone, while there are those whose skills are a godsend to a squad.

Though the loner aspect does beg the question, why work by yourself when you're paying to play with others? Of course, it could be that defeating human opponents is what attracts some...

ive noticed while in squads my team has arguement in a middle of a fight they're calling each other noobs.making them vulnerable and who made up 'noob' it calling some new at this game of your gonna be new if you just started

Well i've played BF2 and still playing BF2142 and i can call most of the people from the server noob. Want proof? Here is end of the round results:

What it goes for is:
1st- Total score. 2nd- Teamwork score. -3rd kills. 4th- deaths. 5th- Score per minute.
So i can easyly say i pwnz in the game and can pretty much call most of the people there noob.
What my point is, that none of those people can be squad leader cause the only thing that that will result is that your team loses, im being squad leader most of the time and take many flags and people can spawn on me cause im squad leader. Anyhow, snipers, in this case phantom in games can't be very good sniper if they stick with the squad and calling camping snipers noobs, you can but they at least do what they should. I mean in BF you can choose different squads and if the guy in my squad is a sniper i rather have him as medic to go around and cover my back since im medic too. But in Huxley as they say phantoms will have more vital possitions and missions to do. They will serve as scouts to report on the enemy movementn and other things. But noob snipers in stead of reporting enemies movement they will try to shoot all of the enemies which is of caurse impossible and will get themselves killed.
So yeah here i give you example of how good the teamworks is in this case squad work. In both BF and no doubt in Huxley, those people who dont work in squads probably dont realise what benefits you get from working together, or they can't keep up or they are even so noob that they barely understand what is happing. So yeah you can call people that are not within a squad for noobs, unless they are super pros snipers or just so pro that squads are too slow for them.

I had a kill ratio of 40 / 2 when I played BF2142 sniper. People aren't too smart when they call an air strike on your position, when you're in a building. I swear, people don't think.

Anyways, I hope Alternative players won't be that stupid. Because if I'm cloaked and on a killing spree, I don't want to be the only one doing damage. I want my team to know what they are doing.

i agree on halo2 they're not thinking nowadays firing rockets whlie im behind a 2metre thick wall i also hope alternative players will think and plan attacks use other abilities dont go lone ranger you'll get killed.

I for one like to play lone ranger, let the pack animals squad up and be borg because giveing the spanks when the odds are against me makes it all the sweeter. and nothing is more sweet when 1 man is worth lets say 5

Yeah I think I'm going to be an Alternix Avenger, I just like the way they look and stand out, I really hope there's some slick armor for them, I'm not big on the bulky stuff really, maybe I'll end up playing as a girl haha, just going to have to wait until the game comes out I guess ^_^

Maybe I'll choose Avengers as well but sephiens not Alternix ! I am not very intersted in any (( non - human )) kind in any kind of game lol

true true if you need to plan accordingly to how your teammates play as well in your little posse it would make for a much more strategic element
