There are games that can pull it off but there normally played third person with auto-aim, and unless they introduce a new and amazing peice of hardware for controlling FPSs then i doubt you'll see multiple target aiming real-time in the near future.
But as for character acrobatics, you will see these wall running, back flips and wall kicks are quite easy to put in. All through model animations and key commands. Even Opera a mod from the original half life engine utilised it, and we can probably expect to see them in huxley too, for some characters anyway. Dont expect to be doing back flips while wearing full body armour.
