Both games share genre features like first person shooter elements and a basic background means that both games will have the same story line and features that come with FPS and the same background, not that PC and X360 will see one another in game.
We are also developing
unique content and features for each platform means that certain content is unique to X360 and will not be found in the PC game and vice versa. Therefore there is no way the two platforms will interact in game together. Separate platforms = separate games.
