For PvP control of the Lunarites is the objective. They are what give power to your facilities.

There is one large PvP Arena. Kijong Kang says in one interview that it will hold 120 people. In another interview, he says it will support "hundreds" of people. The speculations in these forums is that it will be 60v60 but the bottom line there is that Kijoing Kang and Webzen haven't answered that question yet. When he said it will support "hundreds" of people, that implies that it supports at Least 200. WE can only speculate further in attempting to answer that question. We'll have to wait for E3 in May. There will be several PvE instances for you and your clan mates to fight the Hybrid in order to gain XP which leads to Levels and additional Skills, armor, weapons and equipment. There will also be smaller PvP instances that you and your clan mates can fight the opposting faction much like you may have done in Core Combat or possibly in BattleGrounds of WoW.

so if anyone could clear up the basic objectives of this game other than leveling up and doing quests id be greatful.
Kijong Kang is focusing on the PvP aspect and the "twitch" FPS of Quake. He is developing Huxley to be more advantageous to the FPS gamer rather than the RPG or slower combat style gamer. Your question, here opens up a host of other questions that Kijoin Kang has not answered yet and we'll have to pay attention in may to what comes out.

There are two major cities in Huxley. Nostalonia is the Spien City with no Alternatives allowed and Eska for Alternatives with no Sapiens allowed. In his last interview he hints at a third City in a PvP area. Expect combat in built up areas.

nothing this specific yet. the trailer showed combat, you can only derive conclusions from that. Although that did show Hybrid attacking Alts and sapiens attacking Alts who are already in combat with Hybrids and then hybrids attacking sapiens--a little 1 on 1 on 1 action going on. Kind of like those continents with VS, TR and NC all going at it together.
