With planetside what ever rank you are you still stand the same chance of killing someone as the top rank, unlike rpgs (WoW for instance) where a lvl 3 cannot kill a lvl 60 which in my view is stupid, same as Eqipment and money.
Huxley in my oppinion should be a Pure MMOFPS where you can log on, with 1000s of players and pwn some ass, and keep track of your stats.
So in a way i wish it was like planetside with the ranks and Kill xp ect. If you understand where i am comeing from.
The devs have alot to learn from planetside's mistakes, if they want to make the best MMOFPS there is.
If i see Huxley being a slight RPG element in it, i will not buy it.

I am a 3 year planetside vet, and I must say that there is little skill involved in Planetside. If you grab a max, a spam weapon, or tank you are a force to be reckoned with on the field. Anyone can point and click.
Additionally, Planetside had no hitboxes (because it would have bogged down the server too much i suppose). This should be corrected with the help of the Unreal 3 engine, hopefully this game will be everything to satisfy all types of gamers. The grind of MMORPG's and the action of FPS'
