yup, you got it spot on there, fps isnt on what level you are on, its mainly based on your own skill, how quick you are out the mouse, so say im level 1, and im a pro at counter strike, and then there is a lvl 20, who has basically no skill in fps, unless he has some uber mass destruction weopen, im going to kick his ass, thats what i really love about fps.
