even though its not needed often (thank goodness), it might be useful to install such a button at each post.
not onlu does it make reporting unacceptable posts easier.
it also acts as a small warning not to go too far with what you post.
i've seen it in alot of other forums, so there should be plenty of examples on how to implent this.
