He means Huxley is just a glorified server browser if there are non persistent battles, like WoW. But I'm pretty sure there are persistent battles, it is only clan games that will be 'capture the flag' or 'take and hold'. It would suck, imo, if the world wasn't effected by the outcome of these 'battles', its what made me leave WoW. WoW was just a grind whichever way you look at it and players had no effect on the world at all.
