hello i was just wondering how to find out all my computer's specs. i found this on the website that tells me what the game needs and what it recommends

i have a ATI Radeon 9550/ X1050 Series
i think i have eather 2gigs of ram or 4 im not sure i don't know how to check that out.
i have windows XP and 6,000MB of space still
please let me know how to find my ram and im not sure what my CPU is. im not really a computer wizz i just like to play the games :P. so if anyone knows how to find the stuff im looking for please let me know it would be a big help
