Both have their advantages, but the 2nd PC is by far the superior one. Just take for instance the RAM, 1GB is nothing.

As for the hard drives, from the review's point of view, the 250GB Western Digital seems to do better than Seagate's 250GB, although the 320GB Seagate does better than Western Digital's 320GB. But that was a few months ago.

If you could provide a bit more information, like the GPU and RAM manufacturers, that would be great.
