I dont know what to put in the popup fields beside username and nickname i think thats why i cant go further

This could be either u havent clicked on the boxes to the right where the user name and pass is, those boxes are to check if the nickname and and user u chose availible, it cant be the telephone coz i made mine up aswell if i remeber right i just put 5555555555 lol.So yer just play around a bit u'll get there in the end i hope.
