I can't seem to edit my previous thread so I'm going to just post an update here. Main city quests 3-10 (Enforcer, not sure if it changes based on class).

Quest 3

Talk to the Weapon NPC to receive this quest. Your objective is to collect one item dropped from HLO Regulator Soldiers.

Quest 4

Talk to the Repair NPC to receive this quest. This is a special quest which will activate from the orange box leading to the Subway. Talk to the NPC in the beginning (press E), make sure she follows you. Continue along your objective points killing whatever gets in your way. Take her to the broken teleporter, then to the door objective point. Open the door, kill the enemies within and collect the item from the chest in the corner. Continue through the next room and walk over to the fence. Step back after the girl walks over to it, it will explode. Give her the item from the chest and the quest is done.

Quest 5

Talk to the Repair NPC to receive this quest. Your objective is to collect one item dropped from the Small Blobs.

Quest 6

Talk to the NPC next to the pillar to receive this quest. Your objective is to talk to the NPC next to the terminal near by. First of two quests available from this NPC at this point.

Quest 7

Talk to the NPC next to the pillar to receive this quest. This is a special quest which will activate from the orange box leading to the Subway. Follow the objective points, climb the ladder and talk with the NPC at the top. Continue following objectives until you get to the generator, hold E to activate it. Head back to the NPC at the objective point before time runs out. Head to the next objective point to finish the quest. Second of two quests available from this NPC at this point.

Quest 8

Talk to the NPC next to the computer terminal to receive this quest. Talk to her again and you'll be sent into a deathmatch. Have more kills than the enemy team when time runs out.

Quest 9

Talk to the NPC next to the computer terminal to receive this quest. Talk to her again and you'll be sent into a deathmatch. Kill five enemies before time runs out to finish the quest.

Quest 10

Talk to the NPC next to the pillar to receive this quest. This is a special quest which will activate from the orange box leading to the Subway. Talk to the NPC at the objective point and go through the door once it opens. Go inside and help the NPCs inside hold the blockade. There is a path to the right you can take to reach a hole in the grating you can fire through. After standing there for too long though three small blobs will drop down and explode, destroying the pipes and causing them to spew flames. After killing enough creatures a Hybrid Boss: Gatling will appear. Kill him, head back through the door and talk with the NPC. Go to the next objective point to finish the quest.
