nah rockets are for medics, probably won't take much to take out the lightest armor in the game a well placed 3 shot burst would probably do it. But if every one can use any weapon who wouldn't want to be an avenger with a super accurate deadly ass bolt action sniper rifle, as a second to their main AR of course.
