All I am trying to say is, there will be some upgrades to your armor and weapons that will give you that extra "umpf" in your skill. I think that Huxley will have some of the upgrade types like COD4 has. If you have a gun that will deliver stopping power or like juggernaut where you can take hits more than others. Only, all these certain skills will be incorporated into a MMO Style based on your certain upgrades. That's my best bet on "Being a low level player who is able to take on a higher level player".  |
For sure, there are plenty of things that may change in Huxley. And for a definite sure there are plenty of things that we still don't know about Huxley.
There will be upgrades in armor but we don't know if it'll just be more armor, or if the armor will have stat increases like more HP and stamina etc. (webzen has said they'll try and stay away from stat increases like this because that makes the game more based on gear rather than skill), and there will be different types of guns such as the acid rocket launcher as mentioned above and certain guns that are just better than the lower lvl version of that same gun, and of course all of the addons you can put on your armor like double jump and sprint etc.
To make it more like an MMO or RPG, I believe you get to add more abilities to your armor as you level up. For example, maybe at lvl 10 you can only have one ability so you pick double jump, then at lvl 20 you get to use 2 abilities so you pick double jump and sprint.
