Is the 20v20 PvP confirmed? Or was that just regarding like outfit PvP or something? Also the vehicles I keep seeing, especially in one video which I think might have been leaked from the beta, made it looks like vehicles were worthless. I've heard Huxley won't feature any large PvP maps at release. I hope that just means they haven't got around to making them. I really hate close quarter battles. I'd much rather run through a city in squads. I mean what is an MMO without socializing and team based gameplay.

Also from what I saw this game suffers from heavy consolization. Hopefully it doesn't dumb down the gameplay too much. I played Planetside for a while and for large battles with tons of vehicles and stuff it was awesome. Everyone seemed to have a purpose and there were tons of choices to how you played. Huxley is supposedly unique, but the combat just doesn't look like it's going to work on the large scale if this game ever earns it's mmo title. I mean cloaking is awesome, but everyone is jumping and moving at warp speeds. I imagine melee is going to be one those quick actions when players get too close instead of used for stealth. (unless snipers have a reticule, but I haven't seen one. Looks like point and click stuff so players have no incentive to crouch down and lay single-fire rounds into a target instead of bunny hopping around).

I'm sure this game targets hardcore twitch FPS gamers, so I might be looking at the wrong game. I'll still be trying it out when it comes out, but I figure it's gonna be hit or miss.
100 vs 100 battles have been confirmed. I haven't heard anything about the game not having any large maps on release. Huxley actually boasts all of it's battlefield maps and it's capital cities to be huge.

I don't think vehicles are going to be worthless, I haven't seen any videos where a tank just gets owned without a fight or anything. They haven't really shown that much video with vehicles in it, mostly just them driving around (which is still useful for transportation on a big map).

But yeah, the game will be fast pace. UT/Quake style gameplay with a bunch of RPG elements mixed in (leveling up, getting new armor/guns, using special abilities that you can attach to your armor).

I'm hoping for a mix of fast pace FPS action with strategy that is used in some slower FPS games.

A lot of people are thrown off by the fast pace of Huxley but hopefully they'll still give it the good old college try when it comes out :D
