I was wondering the same thing.

It all depends on how they run the PvE instances. If it will be point capture or some kind of thing where you have to fight off hordes of Hybrids and if they overrun your position you lose.

Or if you just have to clear a sewer or something of all Hybrid enemies.

Unfortunately I don't think there is any information about how many times you can respawn in PvE instances, and to be honest there isn't that much information about the PvE aspect of the game at all, and not even that much about the PvP aspect lol.
