well there's different ways you can look at doing well in a game.
Take Battlefield for instance. You can get 60 kills in one game, but your team will still lose. Well that's good for you, and you're definitely very good at FPSs, but getting kills isn't necessarily the best way to win a BF game.
Capturing the control points gives your team points as well as giving your teammates better and closer spawning areas. So maybe you got 60 kills, but the rest of your team was stuck in the beginning spawn point, far away from the main fighting.
I think Huxley could be the same way. There will be plenty of time to rack up kills, and plenty of fighting to get those kills. But in the end it'll be the people who focus on the actual game objective, rather than those who only focus on kills.
I'm not saying your someone who runs off and kills as many people as he can with no regard to the game objective (I know i've tried my hardest in plenty of BF games, trying to capture as many points as I can and all that, and our team still lost), but there are definitely plenty of those who do so.
