well part of the quest is factions and each or at least a majority of the games factions have rivals so even outside of PvP mode there is a lot to do with fighting other players and screwing them over in this game.
now huxley doesnt seem to be the type of game that would shoot to frustrate some but there might be a few regret features in the game to make people hesitant on wanting to atak someone for no reason and also to make it more rewarding for those who are sucessful in an ambush.
there are actualy parts in the game where you will join in on an enemy players quest in atempt to make them fail. so they might have a slight loss of money drawback for those who are killed but then again they could always send you down a rank once in a while like matchmaking on halo does.
lets just hope they have the perfect system for now.
