The Alternative Enforcer armor looks like medieval Japanese infantry armor. Not everyone was a samurai. Anyways, it's probable there are multiple variations of design within an armor class, different skins etc. I would hope that not all Avengers look the same, for example.

Yeah, hopefully what we've seen in videos and screenshots are just the basic armor sets.

Since this game seems pretty good about customization (tons of variations for each weapon along with customizing your character and their armor) I would assume that they'll have plenty of different looks, including more eastern looking gear.
