1. Since it's an FPS that resembles Unreal Tournament and Quake in gameplay, I highly doubt you'll lose exp. when you die. They haven't mentioned anything about losing exp. or not when you die but so far this game doesn't look very "hardcore".
2. The loot system is pretty hazy at the moment. I can't really think of any info about it at all (PvE or PvP). As to dropping items out of your inventory when you die, again this doesn't look like much of a "hardcore" game, plenty of people will be dieing a lot so I doubt you'll lose items out of your inventory. I have seen in a beta video PvE mobs dropping some kind of loot (it kind of just appears when they die). But that doesn't happen in the PvP videos and nobody seems to be going after any loot when they kill someone.
3. Battlefields will be separated into level brackets such as 1-10 11-20 etc. and again I don't think you'll drop your own items so there really wouldn't be any point (other than maybe some more exp.)
4. We've discussed armor getting worn down before and basically figured that it might or might not. We know you can upgrade your armor and weapons at a shop, but as to whether repairing your armor will be necessary, i don't know.
I know I didn't really give you any concrete answers lol, but to tell you the truth a lot of info about Huxley still hasn't been released yet. Your best bet is to just read through a couple previews on ign.com or gamespot.com and get what you can out of them.
