Unfortunately I don't think anyone knows what the melee weapons will be yet so they might throw something like a katana in there (thought it doesn't seem very futuristic).
As for armor I haven't really seen anything that resembles samurai armor (unless I'm forgetting something) but I'm sure there are plenty of armor sets we haven't seen and even more that are still in development.
