I hate the 360 controller thats why when it came out I did NOT get a 360 because the controls were horrid like the R1 R2 that is just ugly and not very reliable for gaming thats why PC has more options like you may in-fact be able to customize your controls for ex. i play CSS alot and when cod4 came out i didnt like the controls so I tweaked it so the controls will be similar to CSS i think its all personal preference w/e you like prob suits you the best bu hey thats just my opinion also for those PC games that like the 360 controller i think that it is now possible to use a 360 controller on PC i think its called FPS blade
