I have been lookin at this game ever since i heard of its coming. And am really excited for it, i just need to be cleared up on a few things.

first, when you do campaign you earn money? Is the only way of acquiring weapons and vehicles through money?

second, is this gona be like one of those games where you level up and then get new skills when you reach a new level?

third, if so then wuts the level max?
