As of now we don't fully know how PCs and 360 users will interact so it's hard to say how we are going to communicate. As for those who have mics, chances are you'll either only be able to hear people in a certain area, or you'll only be able to hear those in your squad. And of course I'm assuming they'll have some kind of option where you can turn off mic chatting all together so you don't have to hear it, or mute certain people if you want to.
