I agree with
Dark_King's post. It is definitely a sweet laptop, although portability-wise, it's not that great.
Granted, the specifications are awesome for a gaming laptop. Dual SLI 8600GTs, new Core 2 Duo 45nm processor, 2 GBs of memory, 320 GB of space, wifi draft n, bluetooth 2.0, 5.1 surround sound (if I'm not mistaken), 9 cells battery, etc. Only downfall in the specifications would be the HD DVD-ROM...
As you probably read last week (
more info here), HD DVD is
dead. I personally don't recommend buying dead technologies... Try emailing them about it if you do intend to buy it.
On the other hand, I doubt, with all that's included, that the battery is able to run on its own very long. My friend had a 7900 GO (single 512MB video card) in his laptop and he couldn't run (he could, but it kept lagging) new games (ex: Rainbow Six : Vegas) without being directly connected to an electricity source. This laptop has 2 video cards, 2 hard drives, etc. I'm seriously wondering how long the battery can last on its own...
In the end, it depends what you are looking for.
Perhaps
cnet.com has a few reviews on it?
