The battlegrounds will be separated by levels. Something like, the higher you level up the farther away you can travel from the capital and fight other high level players (I think I read that somewhere).

But yeah it'll be balanced and all that good stuff. There are usually plenty of casual gamers out there so I'm not too worried.
