Right i'll fill you in on this subject. Even if you did manage to speak Korean and get round getting the Korean beta client that would be the least of your worries cause you need evidence of the location you stay at in Korea like a postcode but it's more like an identy card (passport) the Goverment issue in Korea so if you don't have one then you got no chance on even installing the game and i can't see any Korean lending you there identity.
