the guild hall (i perfer outfit base) point system should be based on the City of Villians system. where every member contributes points to the guilds funds: kills, a percent of the individual players points, and number of members. With those points they can upgrade the size of their base, and buy items, like armories, guns, and defences. also halls could be taken over from an attack, but they attack has to be scheaduled by the leader of the opposing clan. this way the defending outfit knows when the other clan is attacking so there is a fun fight for the base.
