There are too many problems with a player bounty set system. And if you look at the downsides like players being douche bags and placing bounties on noobs and stuff it would be unfair. Even worse is when you get 150,000 people placing bounties here and there.

Killing people and getting a huge bounty she be more of a bring it on kinda thing to show that this player is not someone to mess with. If it was placed on them because of another person it lacks the glory of the hunt and kill.

I want to be able to hunt or be hunted because that person or me have a way of changing a battle for the worst. That would make the bounty system in my books amazing but I hope it does not turn into a bitch fest with whining people. You get where Im coming from?
