quite a bit of europeans on the boards here, right on.
On the subject of losing weight, there are two key factors that always works.
1. Stop eating in the middle of the night/right before you go to sleep. The food just sits in your stomach, does not get digested properly and most of it turns into fat.
2. Start running. Don't set a time or a distance, just run until your body cannot take you any further.
There is no magic pill or weight loss diet needed, just eat healthy and exercise, thats all you need.
I used to weight a beefy 250 pounds at 6 feet even and I am now at 178 and quite built. I ran my weight all the way down to 160, then I stopped running and started lifting weight and training in muay thai kickboxing.
On a side note, any aussies here? I was born in queenstown, nz and spent a lot of my childhood there until moving to socal at beggining of hs. :]
