I haven't seen any flamethrowers in any of the gameplay videos, I can't say that there definitely won't be any in the game. There aren't any flamethrowers in UT, and I don't think there are in Quake (I'm not sure about Quake). so it might not fit into the playstyle that Huxley will be, but who knows.
