Hate to keep coming and going like this, but things have been busy. School has been... like school, I'm stuck in Spanish AP which is by far the worst thing that could happen to anyone. Some things make up for that. One, is that in my MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) class we were able to go and take the XP certification exam, and I passed. So now I'm an MCP (MS cert professional), which is really sweet and hopefully I'll be able to get a job with that.
Next thing is my School held a Video game tournament for the first time. For all of those people who live outside America, public schools are a pain in the ass to get anything non-sports related through. This probably happens everywhere else as well, but what do I know, I'm an arrogant American. So we held the tourney, which only featured Halo 3 on 360 and open computer gaming. It was a small event (50 people) for a school of my size (4000 total students), and we were able to tape some of it to use in an ad on the school's cable station. The tourney was a bitch to set up, but due to my diving under tables and my friend's crimping skill, we were able to pull it off.
Hopefully I'm on a lot more often, but as I near my next MCSA test (Server 2003) and the next video game tourney (hopefully December), I'll still be really busy. I noticed there are some new people here. Hello, and listen to gobbly.
