Ok, I've been trying to fit a picture I found into a sig for you BadBug, but I'm not sure what to do with it, so I'll post the pic here and see if you think it's worthy of being in a sig. (Maybe someone else can make it work)

As for RobotFace, the only thing I heard about was a program called Gimp. I don't know anything about it, or if it's easy to use, but it's free and it sounds like it could get you going.
