I kind of doubt that you won't be able to run people over, it would just seem kind of stupid.

I think I read somewhere that you do need a license to do certain things, there are probably licenses for driving.

From what I have seen, there is a motor bike like vehicle, the one you were talking about (warthog thinger), a tank, a helicopter and some more... I also think there are two different kinds of each to go with the different races, I think there is a page with this on the main HuxleyGame site.

And well, if you really don't want someone in your car, you can just shoot em. ;D
