yeah that map seems pretty big, and the selected region seems really big too, it kind of seems too big to be one battlefield.
So maybe it's a world map in it's most zoomed out form. So whoever is playing will click on that region, and then it'll zoom in a bit and show you some cities, then you can pick one and it'll zoom in even more and you can see where the battlefields are.

I'd love to open up my world map and see that my faction owns the majority of the land lol. Or even to open up my map and see that we're pushed back into our capital and I must rush to the front lines and join the fight! That'll be good stuff if they have it
