I would think it could be worth it if it blocks smaller guns from getting a 1 hit kill. Maybe smaller guns like smgs, pistols...or basically anything that isn't the big bolt action sniper rifle that could put a hole through a giant tank. That way if someone is just spraying at you and a bullet happens to smash into your head, you'll be a little better off :D

Did anyone ever figure out how exactly the "headshot protection" works?
