Hi

I read a bit about the factions in the pvp aspect and then looked at some screenys. That confused me.
I've read that alternative and the sapiens will be fighting each other and start in different city's. But I've seen screenys of them talking to each other and interacting. So...is it player based how you interact with the other faction?
